[0.3] Low-Life LA Ritualist (All-rounder)

This is a build for a leveled up* Ritualist that wants to perform well as an all-rounder without having access to more expensive gear like Headhunter or Rakiata's Flow.

The total cost of this build (while of course being dependent on market situation and how far into the league) should be around 15 divines, mostly depending on bow, quiver and amulet.

Rough stats the build will easily achieve in the mid-budget version:
- 150k++ dps with LA (triple arrow shot and no IAS outside of quiver)
- 3.5k+ HP+ES / 27% evasion (more/less depending on helmet and boots(+type))
- can quite easily get over 100% rarity
- 90% movement speed on Rhoa (100% or even 110% with higher budget and boots upgrade)

Looks like generic deadeye/amazon LA with extra steps for no reason. Am i missing something?
