King of the Mists bug. Locked out of game

I was doing the battle for king of the mists. I finished the first phase, then the maze in his phase 2. When I got back to the arena, the boss never did his transformation. He is stuck in the corner and the battle does not start

Because this battle can’t be exited by opening a portal, my character is effectively stuck in the battlefield with no way to get back out.

I restarted the game, restarted my ps5, and even tried switching between characters. Nothing works to be able to get out of the arena

The next day i am kicked out of the quest map and back in my hideout. Also without getting the materials returned that i used to start the quest.

It would be good that if the quest is bugged, the materials are only used after completion of the event. It takes so long to gather and then the quest bugs out and you have to start again from 0
