Rain of Arrows totems / Champion

Hey exiles,

I have played RF, EA champ, bleed glad and cws but I really wanna try rain of arrow totems and add it to my build pool. Is it possible to make this build with a budget between 20 to 50 divs?

My expectation for dps is 8-10m. For me it is quite a good threshold where I can also complete most of the leauge challenges. I expect its tankiness similar to EA champs. Also I'd appriciate if someone link me a similar pob so that it can guide me.
