No Skill Working

There is a bug that is hard to replicate that happens on many maps using the bow or crossbow where your fighting a rare with a green aura where you weapon just completely stop fireing, you cant change skill you cant perform any skill and the only way to clear it is to teleport back to the village you started from, once you teleport its cleared and you can continue the map. Now I cant be the only person that has seen this bug if I am the problem is my end if not then have fun finding it.
