Monsters never render (PS4)

Since the most recent patch, monsters have gone from rendering slowly, to not appearing at all. Effects will appear, and monster names appear, but the models do not show up. This extends to their attacks and on ground effetlcts. Game is essentially unplayable in late maps at this point. This is further exacerbated by long load times.

Still not rendering and load times still horrible adgeetthe pacth BUT servers are terrible. I jinxed it.
