Merchant Tab Remove-Only Bug

My second merchant tab suddenly started acting like a remove-only tab. I was still able to change the price of items inside the tab by right-clicking, but I was unable to relist them after I removed them. The tab does not say "Remove-Only."

Things I tried to fix the bug on my end: re-logging, quitting to character select, zoning into Kingsmarch/ campaign towns, and running a map.

Update: Approximately 10 minutes later, almost on the dot, the tab seems to have fixed itself.

Second Update: It's now happened to my other tab. I'm not sure what could be causing it.
