Still unplayable after pacth.

Still invisible enimies, long load times and rubber banding out the wazooo avoid ps4 version.

Hi, just tested again and having the exact same issue. Very long loading times, often blurs at a lot of places, spikes where the game stops for half a second, etc....Since start of league, on std ps5.

The only thing I don't understand is if you look at the priority issues, it is not there. I think a lot of people are having this unplayable problem on ps but why not a priority? I really don't understand. I see patches go through, I think one mentioned some kind of lag issues being resolved which at least for me did not change anything. I am in canada.

I see it right away when launching the game, getting to the home screen, it takes about 20 seconds for all images to not be blur. I select my char, takes a long time to get in. Then go in any maps in the campaign, all my skills are transparent. I am using rain of arrows (for example). Not seeing any arrows leaving my character, just the kind of little explosion on the ground. I put totems? No totems, but I know they are there, I hear them attacking.

So I wait for about 30 seconds and after that, it is at least playable but very far from what we are used to. I think I see a little tiny improvment in this latest patch though but not 100% sure.

Now I mean sure, let's go play something else. That is what I am doing. Stuff happens, no problem there. I have the outmost respec for ggg and I will not complain, just putting my voice that it happens to me and again, maybe I am missing something, but why not in priority? Well I guess not enough reported it, hence my post.

Sadly I'm stuck on the ps4 version as I play on ps4 version is 3.27c, i don't know if it's the eu serves itself or what but the rubber banding and spikes are unreal stil.
Love the game the past two leagues made me clock in at least 2k hours it's a shame for the servers or whatever to be like this, it was really really playable last two leaguea in m opinion but this one sucks on ps 4.

Confirmed, PS5 version is bad

Since start of the league I have been saying the same thing about xbox one, still cant even use kingsmarch at all completely not loading textures and is completely blurred out.

Tested everything I could, INCLUDING a new machine and it isnt my machine, not my connection, not the cables from my modem, or the modem or any of that bs lol.

And still i know alot of people facing the same problems and it is just overlooked.

PS5, last parch donloaded and the problem its still the same.
- 40 seconds on changing areas or enter/exut maps
- Textures in maps 30 seconds on charges, during this not possible to seen enemies, bosses, habilities
- Constant freezes on maps, hideout

So I was not aware that I was using the ps4 version of poe1 on my ps5. Even if I removed it before, went to ps store, downloaded poe 1 ps5 version, it still downloaded the ps4 version. Everywhere I looked, it still said ps4 version (storage options....etc...).

This is what I did and now everything is back to normal for me. (I am going by heart). While I still had the ps4 version, went back in the store and on the poe1 ps5 version, chose "stream". This opened the ps5 version of the game and made the poe1 ps5 version appear next to the ps4 version on my home screen (so now I have the 2 versions). I then did "download" from there.

So while I was in the stream version, I tested for a minute and everything was back to normal. No lags, no blurs, etc....

I am in the process of downloading it right now but I should be fine. Not sure this can help people on ps5 but if you are on ps5 and having the blur, spike, lag, unplayable problem since this league, make sure that on your ps home screen it says ps5 version not ps4.

I had no idea there we're 2 different versions of poe1 (ps4 and 5) on playstation because I remember removing it and downloading the ps5 version when I changed from ps4 to 5 and I thought I was using the ps5 version because that is what I downloaded from the store but never saw that it was still the ps4 version that I was using (I thought it was showing ps4 because of the backward compatibility or something). So I had to do this work around (explained earlier) to get the real ps5 version of poe1.

Maybe if I uninstalled poe1 I should've rebooted the ps before installing the ps5 version, will never know, but my workaround worked for me. I will uninstall the ps4 version later.

Thanks ggg for pointing that out, asking what version of the poe1 was used, this sent me to the right direction.

I can't believe I will be able to play tonight, I am so happy.
