You won't get a tree refund. It sucks but the fact is that the game is built for PC and was ported to console without the proper changes to certain mechanics and the hardware of the consoles are all around 5 years old and unable to maintain and it's common for crashes to occur when you hit high density areas or mechanics. Blight is so broken. Every time I try to play it all it does is freeze me up to the point that I can't do a single thing. I am not juicing I am talking about a regular map with a blight encounter. I specked my tree so I could do this mechanic and now I've wasted all of my points and I can't even do the mechanic.
