Ascendecy points missing

Not received my ascendecy point after completing the second trial of sekkemas can you guys fix this. My character name tag is No_t_cre_o and my play station account is Jose Roldos user name Chemaruca. Thank you for all your work :)

Ascending in Trial of Sekhemas is done like this:
1st ascendancy - pass the 1st floor, defeat Golem boss at the end.
2nd ascendancy - pass the 2nd floor, defeat teracota sentinel bosses at the end. Area level 45 or 55+.
3rd ascendancy - pass the 3rd floor, defeat scorpion boss at the end. Area level 65+.
4th ascendancy - pass the 4th floor, defeat Zarokh at the end. Area level 75+.
