Trial of Chaos bug - altar did not give me my 7-8 passive points

I click the ascendancy point altar after beating the dragon on the 10/10 tial of chaos, but I did not receive my 7-8 ascendancy points…the same thing happens with points 5-6. Points 5-6 randomly showed up a week later.

For the last two ascendancy points in the Trial of Chaos you need to kill The Trialmaster, but before you need to collect 3 different Fate keys from the trial bosses.
