massive fps drops from stable 60 to 8~ in different areas

hi, i contacted support via email, but they sent me here, and here i am.
everything worked well and there were no similar problems, they appeared only in the current abyss league.
yes, i don't have the best pc in the world, but i repeat, everything worked well before this league.
also, my textures become broken and don't come back in order.
