Constant lag/freezes on ps5

The constant lag for me has been pretty bad since league start, but since this last patch it’s been horrendous, I’ve died and lost exp to the game lagging for up to like 10 seconds then everything trying to speed back up to catch up to the servers, my ps5 is hardwired. Unless there’s a fix idk about can this get fixed as soon as possible because it’s making the game quite annoying to play
