Death after completing boss fight

Quest is off my tracker now but it was the boss fight when you stake Freya Hartlin. I beat the boss but died to poison or something similar after the fact. That's on me but all of the loot was gone when I revived and Freya's back alive.

Same thing just happened to me :(

This just happened to me right now, can't even get the quest item back.
