Very slow loading POE2

My pc is i5-9600K + Radeon RX 7800

I use DX12 rendering engine.

And my loading is very very slow, it can take about 30-80 seconds to load a level or city and render 1st frame. Especially Kingsmarch - most slow loading.

Performance metrics shown that mostly it is because of slow shader compilation.

Additionally I use https://systeminformer.com/canary to look at threading activity of the game process during this very long loading and found out
That the game uses only single thread to compile shaders, nevertheless I enabled multi-threading in rendering settings.

Switching to MT compilation is a huge opportunity to make the grate game even better and faster.
Please consider, DX12 has API to perform MT shader compilation.
