The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour - Bug with details

I have a "The Coming Calamity Heroic Armour" with level 19 Herald skills. This gives me 4 support sockets for each Herald. I have all 3 filled except an open slot in Herald of Ash. In the other 2 Heralds I have Deadly Herald equipped. When I go to add the 3rd Deadly Herald in Herald of Ash and then go in to a map, in my case I was going to the twisted domain, my armor completely vanishes until I log out and log back in. Then it's equipped again without the 3rd Deadly Herald in the support socket.

To test this, I swapped Deadly Herald from Herald of Ice to Herald of Ash. I then created another "3rd" Deadly Herald and put it in Herald of Ice this time. Same result but this time, when I logged back in the new Deadly Herald I created and put in Herald of Ice was gone.

I suspect that 3 Deadly Heralds equipped is causing the bug. Please investigate and fix.

So funny enough, I just went into the Twisted Domain and then equipped the 3rd Deadly Herald and when I took the portal back to my hideout my armor was gone. Logging out and then back in gave the same previous result. My armor was back but the 3rd Deadly Herald was deleted from my support socket.
