Frozen Locus Untargetable by Crossbow Skills

Frozen Locus cannot be hit with Crossbow skills. The crossbow shots are too high to collide with the ice crystal.

Fragmentation Rounds tooltip would suggest that the intended mechanic is being able to hit ice crystals (such as the crystals made by frozen locus).

Can confirm, still bugged.
