Primal Hunger Passive with Commanding Rage Passive

Will these two passives work together?

Primal Hunger says "No Rage Effect"
Commanding Rage says "Every Rage also grants you 1% Minion damage and attack speed"

Im not at the point of being able to test this but its crucial to my planned build. Anyone know?

Sadly I dont think it will work
I was trying Primal Hunger with Mystical Rage and it makes my damage go down
ie. it makes Mystical Rage do nothing
Let me know if you tested becuase I just bricked my build not testing this first I was going to use it Shaman and Thane Girt's Rune of Wildness bond ascendancy for more spell dmg per rage with Bhatairs Vengeance
Thanks for the reply, I did barely test it myself and it felt like it didnt work sadly, shame could have been insane for rage based summoners.
Primal Hunger disables:
Bestial Rage
Vengeful Fury
Mystical Rage (Your info)
Probably more too which is sad.

It does not prevent Invigorating Hate, spend all rage to heal when you shift into human form.
It does not prevent Lunar Blessing from spending it all. (at 140 rage[w/primal] = a 35sec Lunar Blessing Buff that hits like a wet noodle)

It was unclear that it would disable so many skills. I was a bit upset I was doing so good and then I took Primal Hunger and it wrecked my damage output and defenses.

I was thinking with Bestial Rage and Vengeful Fury I could drop inherent rage bonuses and still have bulk and damage. It doesn't feel like a balanced trade off when you lose all bonuses inherent or spec'd.

Primal Hunger is like having a keystone that gives 1000% more life while 100% of damage bypass life.

Primal Hunger simply disable all Rage effects. I don't know what is the intention of this keystone.

Glad I dodged a bullet then because I was thinking it was a good passive to go into. I was thinking if it just disabled the damage bonus inherent to rage and not the benefits to rage you can get from passive, then I was thinking the tradeoff was worthwhile potentially but it's not sadly. Maybe if it was changed to a 50% reduction to rage effects, inherent and passive. That way you are just getting the bonus rage for better upkeep of your rage but not gaining anything else extra.
Wow.. glad I avoided this one, too.. how weird. Losing *inherent* effects makes sense enough, but ALL effects even when added by other things? They really made keystones so odd.. It's like the Lord of the Wilds - 100 more spirit from a good scepter aanndd.. half spirit. So.. net zero? Nah, also non-minions cost double. Great, so even less! .. Just, why?
