Lightning Arrow is now almost unplayable

Lightning Arrow is now almost unplayable...it's unfortunate that they've made the game of lower quality and less fun to play...weaker skill points, an 8-second delay for Lightning Arrow (which is disastrous), Rhoa 100 spirit, weaker support...in short, they've degraded the gameplay considerably.You shouldn't have added at least 7 seconds to Lightning Arrows, given all the other unpleasant surprises

LA is fine. Its funny how metaslaves are clueless when they cant play broken copypasta build anymore. If you have delay, fix your connection.
