Utzaal act 3 and Atziri statue

I'm i missing something?

In act 3 Utzaal we can see a statue of atziri with 4 arms and tits which happens when she communes with the beast as a corruption.

Now at the time we are in Utzaal that had not happened yet until the explosion which was the result of her doing the commune.

So how is there a statue of her in her corrupted form???

I think the statue of Atziri in her corrupted form in Act 3 is just part of an idealized depiction created by the Vaal. They saw her as a divine figure, and even before the catastrophe with the Beast, she was already considered a sort of idol to them. The statue might have been erected based on how they envisioned her in the future, not necessarily how she looked at that point in time.
