Atziri's Impatience not working with Lunar Blessing Moonbeam

The mentioned support gem not lowering down the mmonbeam Cooldown but the cooldown recovery rate 1-2 is working so it should work with it unless i'm missing something!

Seems to be some restriction for Atziri's that is not listed on the gem.

maybe its because Lunar Blessing triggers the Moonbeam and its programmed like a meta skill. Atziri's Impatience states, that it cannot support Meta Skills.

giga broke atm, but ill test if there are other interactions with meta skill passives/stuff for lunar blessing.

Not sure if the moonbeams are considered a meta skill, but Lunar Blessing does not have a meta tag. I was super excited when I dropped this in SSF, because I didn't plan around it and then I realized it doesn't work.

Please fix this or at least clarify that it isn't supposed to work.
