Hello. Since I came back to the game last league, Rise of the Abyssal, I've been having constant latency spikes. It's not a problem with my internet, because it doesn't happen in other games. When it happens, I immediately run internet ping tests, test watching high-quality videos, and open a live stream, and they work without any problems. Everything points to a problem with your South American server in Sao Paulo. I decided to switch to a US server so I could play, and since then I haven't experienced any more latency spikes.
