Arctic Howl

Arctic Howl for the Wolf is not providing the cold damage buff to attacks either when you freeze and enemy or hit a frozen enemy with it

I have also frequently encountered this; most prevalently when playing multiplayer - it's more reliable (works maybe 50-60% of the time) single player, but works very infrequently multiplayer.

Also, noticing it almost never successfully freezes "primed" enemies in multiplayer; again, much more reliable single player.
