path of exile 2 can any support gem make leap slam not consume fully broken armor?

Or any other way to go around it? Like having the mobility skill, do not like to consume/cancel my debuff + I stun things quite ok without help, and with the things they are now I miss out on scavenged armor stacks when I hit things with Leap...
