Is my character bugged or is this user-error? Spirit question.

I need all y'all cause I'm losing my mind on this.

Act 3, currently getting farmed by Doryani on my druid.

So I was experimenting with builds and I wanted to try the Lingering Illusion (30 spirit) buff but when I equipped the gem, the -> ! <- appeared and highlighted a shortage of spirit. Here's the problem, I've been running wolf pack hunter (60 spirit) up until that moment without problem. After putting in the new skill with lower cost, my bar shows a total of 30 spirit. Not only that, I can no longer run pack hunter.

I'm confused here. Nothing else changed. I had already killed bog witch, which means I should be at 60 spirit, right?

I removed all my gear and gems and added them one at time just to rule out any possible oversight. I've rechecked talents to see if I accidentally clicked on a passive that reduces spirit for whatever reason. I dunno. I can't figure this out.

Make this make sense to me.
