Path Of exile 2 Bug: Eye Of Hinekora

I got problem in ACT 4 Mission i teleport to area did the three trial i dont receive the silver coin and now i cant receive the rewards , my build stack cuz of this i m out of tattoo and 2 points on tree so i had to make a new character to atleast take points and in new character i hit the same problem i cant receive the two points and the tattoo plz fix it, 5 days of league i cant finish acts mission

I have send report at the first day of the day but i still dont see any action , i ll give a one more time and make a third character ty GGG for fixing endgame bugs when players cant even take all the points from campaign

Well after third character i notice that it was not bug i misundestand the mission and though navali should teleport me all good i take the points

How do you fix this? I have the silver coin in my inventory and due to inventory full, after I talked to navali, the silver coin is still in my inventory but I could never exchange ge for it already
