[Bug + Video] Mountain Splinter + Earthquake - 3 additional SIDE slam doesn't do damage to monster

What happen is when I combo Mountain Splinter with Earthquake, the three additional of third slam which created myself doesn't properly deal damage to enemy monster even though the slam is show correctly on the screen. Please fix it ASAP.
