Sound crackling

Alot of sound crackling issues.

Below are the steps I've taken to troubleshoot.

-adjusted the sample rate on audio
-Different headphone
-reinstalled drivers
-verified game files
-full reinstall
-DX12->vulkan->DX11->DX12

This is not based on certain abilities or any other specific action. Anything that generates sound causes more crackling. It also applies to anything else my computer has going sound wise. Even with the game muted this is still happening.

Music, Discord, ect ect.

As soon as the game closes it goes away.
