permafrost bolts bugged tooltip/damage

I have skillpoints that let me deal extra damage while moving.

auto attack, herald of ice, explosive grenade, herald of thunder tooltip changes if i move!

permafrost bolts dont! sometimes.. they do if i equip unequip gem.. but it almost never auto update its damage. No way for me to test damage numbers without dummy which doesnt exist in game.

i think it might be a bug on damage.. i hope its a bug on tooltip.

I observed the same problem! It's like the permafrost bolt skill doesn't count as an attack skill, but it clearly has the tag for it.
