Game crashed in Arbiter fight - cannot rejoin instance

I was doing first arbiter this season and the game crashed mid attempt. Relaunched the game and when i click on portal error message lets me know that i cannot rejoin instance after death - pic attached.

Same issue here. Not sure if its a bug or it's intended. RIP fragments.
