Cant enjoy the game because i have a 4 generation old cpu...

i have r5 2600 on +100watts with rx 5700 xt and cl16 8x2 gb 3200 mhz ram. Game running on nvme ssd.

But game feels like unresponsive, laggy, slow and constant lag spikes. Should i just surrender to this underperformance and leave playing poe 2 ? Or is there a trick to make game feel more smooth.

BTW im playing on 720p(much more and i cant see things), fsr makes my frametimes bad and cpu worse so its not good.
