Skipped 0.4 For Now

I skipped 0.4 for now (I am not saying my decision won't change), but I had been reading the forums and also watching a bunch of streams, so 0.4 is basically two things:

1. Test how we can make a broken OP Druid
2. Take advantage of the latest patch to see how we can make broken builds

Then next season we do the same again.

Why do we make broken OP builds again that we already did in prior leagues? I think I know the answer, and I have my own opinion but curious what others think.

When it comes to 0.4.0 it is not a big patch and if you don't care for druid it is an easy skip.

Don't understand your last point. I sincerely doubt most people play every league simply to play the same build they played last league? That doesn't make much sense and seems like a good way to kill the fun out of the game, no?

I did a custom Staff/Focus Djinn build just to try it out and it works well enough for me in maps. Not sure how far I will take it but it's been fun enough to play until the mapping grind makes me quit again.

Why on earth do you care what any "we" is doing in a game? Play the game and see if you enjoy it. What is wrong with gamers today?

Obviously not most people are playing the same build but obviously some do and have seen some of them already.

But basically what you are saying another reason is to experiment with another build to see how far you can go and then next season, do the same again with a different build?

i wanted to play the same character since 0.1 with my friends. We all had a minion build. In 0.2 they where nerfed 450% and even more in 0.3 the result was everyone stopped playing the game even me. Now for the 1st time making a new character the Druid, having fun , but you see there's a lot of people here over 50 years old like myself and my friend and his wife and some more in our dead clan now unfortunately due to developers nerfing the game all the time.

The new League mechanics is .... Weird
You need to do 6 Maps Just to create some rooms and then enter a almost empty temple, early theres basicslly nothing. Later (18-24maps later) its better but Not great. And it resets almost completely after bossfight

While doing those Maps you usually also do other stuff Like Ritual/Expedition/whatever, those maps can Take quite some time which results in Not really interacting with the new mechanic,

If they remove that League mechanic completely in a hotfix right now i'd probably Not even notice for a few hours, it's Just so passive


Havnt tried with new Patch now(0.4c) but dont think its that much different cause still many Maps to run to Progress in this mechanics

I make the same barely functional meme build every league.

I'm flattered you call it broken and OP but its really only one of those things. It gets worse every league :)
