Questions about "Watering the Plants"

So, I saw the Bow has a ton of Plant spells now, but those require high Dex and wielding a bow to activate.

Is a proper Plant build then something exclusive to Pathfinder, thanks to it's path of the Mage or does Mercenary have any decent spellcaster nodes to justify going Gemling Legionaire?

Or are we supposed to get all the +5 nodes to Dexterity as a Druid while trying to build up damage for both bow skills and spells?

There are probably many possible Plant builds.

Like how I'm currently trying to build a Druid around Ngamahu's Chosen and Bramblejack and so I'm leaning towards scaling Physical damage that's not necessarily Attacks or Spells (like through Bestial Rage), but will likely use all 3 kinds (and maybe even a 4th : Thorns ?), and maybe Plants for spells, which might end up dealing most of the damage (vs non Melee Physical enemies).

But I doubt Dex Plants would fit for me : because Dex, and mostly (converted to) Chaos, and in PoE2 converted damage doesn't scale with the type it has been converted from.
