Bug Group

The group request is not arriving on consoles (from a console player requesting a group invitation to another console player), this bug has been happening on consoles since the first league.
I need to close and open the game to normalize and be able to send a group request to the other player on the console.
Taking advantage of this post, there is no 'invitations' option in the guild tab when you are already in a guild on consoles, I have a request to join a guild since the first league and I already have a guild, I can't refuse as there is no such option in the guild tab.
