Cataclysm's wake bug

My cataclysm's wake quest is stuck on tier 3+, even though I just completed a tier 14 corrupted nexus (without dying). Based on forum and google searches this bug has been around since last league.

Did anyone experience this and happen to have found a workaround?

Same issue (even tier match) here. GGG respond to support ticket was to write thread on forum so lets hope they will see this
