Cant get into khari bazaar

My character can't teleport into The Khari Bazaar in the second interlude. It prompts "do not have the required quest", and there are no dialogue options with the NPC Sin.Additionally, I have already completed the other two interludes,just cant get into the second.That mean the season is already over for me.
