Vaal Temple - Some rooms inaccessible while connected.

During my previous run, the Alchemy Lab to the right was inaccessible.

This run the Flesh Surgeon room is inaccessible as you can see on the screenshot provided, there is no entry way connected, even though it should have multiple ones.
