Vaal Temple room complete, Exits still locked

As the title implies, i have finished a room right before a reward room that you get for beating the Architect.
The entry/exit points towards other rooms had the classic red barrier, with the doors open, and i couldnt get out of there normally. the room was also not showing up as completed.

i tried to explore for mobs lost around after managing to get out via a portal. but everytime i get back in that room: cant get out without the portal. cant advance the temple this way.
