Bloof of the Wolf notable passive node and 2 lead up small nodes don't work

These 3 15% increased life regen rate while shape shifted nodes do not actually increase life regen rate at all. Inspecting the node doesent display a predicted life regen change, while other nodes that say "increased Life regen rate" like the 3 small nodes near "Stand ground" do display a predicted life regen change and do actually increased your life regen rate. And yes I check it while shapeshifted.

Playing on Series X but I doubt that matters.
