Missing dialogue when talking to NPCs

For a few days now I've had missing dialogue when clicking on NPCs. It happens every so often, but not always.

EDIT: Also, maybe connected, some things I click only flash on the screen and I can't read them, for example the Ancient Monument in the Ashen Forest. It did drop me the thing it's supposed to though.
