I can't connect to any characters except the Sorceress

I can't connect to any characters except the Sorceress. It just kicks me back to the main menu with an unknown error. I've already tried changing DNS/VPN/all sorts of hotkeys/changing graphics settings/verifying game files. Nothing helps.
