Riverhold - Stuck outside of map

I died in a Riverhold map, a t3 corrupted nexus, and I respawned outside the boundaries of the map. I could teleport back to my hideout but I was still stuck in the same spot when teleporting back to the map, so I had to use a new waystone and lose the nexus.
