Second Sim run, second bug

I had most of the loot for wave 15 drop back in the first zone. I happened to be standing in the doorway that connects the previous zone to the last at the moment I killed the last boss on wave 15. Thankfully the book and the legendary flask dropped in my zone, but I missed out on the rest of the loot.
