Shield swapping + Shield Skill gem swapping Bug

When swapping shields it takes of gems inserted into Raise Shield Skill
- No reason. Should keep it if swapped for another shield and game socket amount is same.

When changing Gems on Shield Raise Skill - it takes of the shield for a moment and puts it back. Personally for me - It reduces my HP , because I have hp mod on my shield and then increases it back - so i have to regen this difference back or drink potion.
