Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel on hover increase tooltip damage

Every time I hover over Heroic Tragedy Timeless or the passives around, the damage tooltip of the passives around increases without reseting, it's like it has a counter++ without reset on hover. Even after removing it the wrong tooltip remains, it has to leave area to reset to the original values.
