Permanent Slow Debuff

Unfortunately I dont know what exactly causes that , but seems like some effect of slowing down your character doesnt expire. No indicators - no visuals and no icon.

Slowing down doesnt apply to movement speed , but everything else, even placing a town portal.

Fix is to teleport to town and go back - this removes that effect.

This happens to me too, every 10ish maps, happens in atziri temple too

It fixed when I killed another rare mob with a temporal shield
