One character is not able to interact with anything by clicking outside of town.

My character MAD_BASTILLE is bugged anytime I'm not in town. I can use the stash in town or the waypoint, but when I am in any other area I am unable to use a stash, portal, waypoint or even the zone transitions.

Do you have a skill assigned to left-click? Replace it with move only.
