Exposing Cry and Howling Beast notable Bugged

Exposing Cry has to apply Exposure for 5 seconds and Howling Beast have to apply 3 Critical weakness for default 4 sec. When I use it with my Fersious roar both are applied for about 1sec at max. Monsters and I have no sources of reduced duration.
