Account corrupted GGG please help

playing since 2020 never had problems
since keepers of the flame poe1 and Poe2 shutting off my whole Internet connection while playing, no other game does that its not my router or ps5

with help of my firends i brought my ps5 to them trying out their Internet connection if its really my router but its still the same issue.. loged on with my account on their ps5 to see if its my ps5 but its again not on my side same problem even with my account loged on their console

its definitely something wrong with my account or something i really tried everything possible never seen such thing like a curse
