Legacy of Vaal Quest Stuck

I have beat the Legacy of Vaal quest however I am playing as a Dragon and I got stuck and had to have my partner teleport me out and back in, however Alva is not in the room, and i can no longer progress the story.. I also cannot interact with the items that are laying on the ground. I can leave via the Ziggurat Encampment option. The quest is stuck and I can no longer progress. Anyway to get this fixed?
