[0.4] Wolf Pack Lich (EB CHAOS WOLVES)

Hey guys!
I just want to get the ball rolling on this take on Wolf Pack/Werewolf build.

The broken jewel thingy exists to account for the mas+mdmg/rage node (Commanding Rage), which does not calculate my rage.

At the moment I am more like a casual in PoE2 who enjoys trying out own builds, so feel free to give me some pointers on how to improve this one :)
